Solar/humidity/temp sensor not working?

I recently purchased a humidity/solar/temp sensor, and am having issues getting the solar and humidity side of it to work.

Under parasitic mode, I can see the DS18S20 temp sensor, and it is
updating to correct values. The other two sensors do show up, one as
a DS2438 battery monitor, the other as an additional filtered channel,
with the same address of 26DF42B600000073. However their raw values
are 0.0. Another thing I was looking for was scale and offset values,
if there are any. My logger by default applies some scale and offset factors, but
there is still no raw data.

I also tried removing the jumper, and used the +5 V source that the
logger can provide, as well as an external 12 VDC source. Under most
of those conditions, I couldn't get any data, including temperature.
None of the devices were found in those cases.

I am using the screw terminal connections, vs the cat-5 connectors

I also checked that the unit was getting power, and got the following
at the screw terminals:

Parasitic mode,jumper removed: 4.7 VDC
External power, jumper installed: about 12 VDC

Also I looked at the schematic, and checked output voltage from the
regulator on the board, and was getting just under 5 VDC.

I had originally set this thing up on the roof and connected it using
copper phone wire, 6 conductor solid, but brought it down for
troubleshooting. I wasn't sure it was getting all the power it needed
through the long cable run (about 75'). Since bringing it inside, all
the same problems exist.

I know it's tough troubleshooting through forums and email (I do it at work on
aircraft electronic systems), but I'm looking for any guidance anyone
could give.

I found out that my logger lost it's programming; scanning the bus knocked the voltage down too low, and the EEPROM dropped it's program. Using external power on the sensor, working great!
