I wish him all the luck fighting the big guys but I don't think he will be able too.

I've looked through the pages on his site and he (Tech-Man) has failed to appear once and a default judgment may be entered if he don't file the correct paper work soon . He's response should be with advice from attorneys. Maybe he has and hasn't posted it.

I do always recommend him when people need services he provides.
