WHENEVER Rules Error

Trying to add rules that send more detail via email about the specific zone that was violated. This series of rules fails to send anything. Does anyone know why or how to write it properly?

WHENEVER ANY BURGLAR ALARM, ANY AREA TURNS ON
AND Front Door (Zn 1) IS NOT SECURE
THEN SEND EMAIL MESSAGE 1 TO [email protected] (Email 1)
WHENEVER ANY BURGLAR ALARM, ANY AREA TURNS ON
AND Garage Door (Zn 2) IS NOT SECURE
THEN SEND EMAIL MESSAGE 2 TO [email protected] (Email 2)
WHENEVER ANY BURGLAR ALARM, ANY AREA TURNS ON
AND Back Door (Zn 3) IS NOT SECURE
THEN SEND EMAIL MESSAGE 3 TO [email protected] (Email 3)

Have you tried:
When Front Door (ZN 1) is not secure
and any Burglar alarm is activated
then send email?

There is a delay time involved before the open door creates a Burglary alarm.
The problem I could see is the front door is opened then closed then 30-90 seconds later the burglary alarm happens. The door is now closed so your conditions are not satisfied together.
You may need to create a flag you set for 45 seconds to compare to the burglary alarm instead of the actual door going not ready.
