I do all my drawing design for wiring, connections, sub circuits, etc via Visio. My entire HA project is mapped in detail down to the 1066 block wiring, patch panels, switcher, and circuits. I keep a book of reference in the server room that any technician can use to troubleshoot and trace every wire for service.
