To all Cocooners,

HAI would like to welcome you to our forum on CocoonTech. Through this forum we hope to help anyone having issues or questions about our products and keep you informed about the happenings at HAI. HAI has released numerous new products during 2008 and will soon be releasing the 3.0 update for our Omni and Lumina family controllers, as well as our PC Access 3 software, which is a complete rewrite of our previous PC Access software. I'll be posting more details on this shortly.

Anyone know what I can do about my Omni Pro II's time?
The clock adjust set to 43 runs too fast, 42 runs too slow.
I don't know the exact offset but I'm gonna find out. I just set it and I'll check in a week.

Mine is like that and its been two years now and I cannot find the sweet spot.

I'm wondering what the solution is for folks that just have simple setups; PCA?

One week later it's running one an a half minutes fast.
I can't understand how they can't get a clock that runs right.
Why not add the ability to sync with a NTP server??

I used to use a second generation Homeseer HAI plugin to sync the time on the HAI OPII panel and it worked fine.

I had to drop down to the initial version of the plugin though because of issues I had with the plugin and connected HAI RC80 a few years back.

The pieces available in the HAI SDK should provide you with enough information to write a short VB script such that you can sync the time on the panel.
