I have one rule that just won't stay working.
It will work from RP and then one time from the keyfob.
whenever keyfob 4 is activeated
then arm area 1 to stay instant imedetly
It will do instant but not imedetly from RP and then one time from the fob them it just goes back to stay instant.
This worked great up to a point when I left the house late and I think I armed the system just before the garage door was completly down then about a min later the system was calling me and I disarmed it from the phone. It has not worked right sence.
