Haiku Using haiku on iPhone AND iPad

I'm Using the iPhone version of Haiku and I'm really satisfied, so much that I'm planning to buy an iPad to replace my Main omni keypad.
For what I could figure out from the app store terms it looks like I don't have to buy another license as long as the iPhone and iPad are both registered to my iTunes account. Is this correct?
