Haiku Haiku 3.65 - Vizia RF Issue

Just updated to the new version and I am getting the message below when I click any of the scene buttons. Also it would be nice to be able to to change the timer down and not only up. For example I can increase the timer from 1, 5,10,30 and 60 but not in reverse 60, 30, 10, 5, and 1. You have to turn the room off then on to reset the timer to activte a shorter timer. The dimmer slider for the room does not work for Vizia RF dimmers can you look into fixing this as well?

3.65 error message when using scene buttons:
Operation Failed
Controller command failed!

System
Omni Pro 2
3.10b
Vizia RF switches

Thanks
Brian

Update: This seems to be an issue with the firmware, something must have changed on the controller in the way it handles ViziaRF scenes. Still looking into it.

Any chance this is fixed? I see version 3.69 is out, but I didn't see any mention in the version history. Thanks!

I hope Haiku comes back with a positive answer quickly... I am surprised that they have not already resolved this. It's been open over 3 months now.

It has not yet been resolved as we still have not received updated documentation from HAI. The existing documentation relating to this appears to no longer apply.

Ouch... that's no fun.

Off topic - any chance of a Kindle Fire compatible Haiku?

It looks like HAI hasn't released new documentation in the 3 years. Last I found on the OmniLink II protocol was version 2.16 from 2008. Is UPB the only lighting technology that is 100% integrated with Haiku? It sounds like the Vizia RF integration works besides the scene control?

I believe HAI has released more documentation to DEALERs than to the public. Why they are doing this I have no idea... they could make a ton more money if they hired a few technical support reps and made their kb better, rather than hiding behind "dealers"!

HAI and Leviton both need to step their game up in this arena. There is amazing potential here if someone were to sit down and spell it out for consumers.... aka "Do A, B, C and get X, Y, Z"

At this time there is no simple and easy to understand instructions on how to make all of this technology work.

I'm sure there's a reason, and I would have to guess that they are currently making more money by keeping the information hidden... but at some point, the situation will tip in the DIYer's favor.

Can you provide an update on this?

We don't really have an update on this yet. We never received any updated information from HAI unfortunately. I will see if we can figure it out ourselves...

Any luck with fixing this?

It has been two years since I reported this issue and it is still broken. Can you provide a real update on when you are going to fix it?

The API documentation provided by HAI/Leviton seems to be incorrect. We will see if we can roll it into 4.0 or 4.01
