ELK-IP232 failed? Orange power LED blinking.

I have an ELK-IP232 that's at least a few years old now that seems to have failed.  Orange power LED blinks, sometimes slower and sometimes faster.  Network jack link lights do not light up or blink at all.  Unit does not respond on network. 
 
I can't find much in the way of troubleshooting info on this device.
 
I saw a "Default" jumper so popped the case open and closed that jumper and left it powered up for a while (with LED blinking) but it does not seem to make a difference.
 
Has anyone seen this before?  Any quick fixes, or is it toast?

I just experienced the same thing with my ip232. Did you find any way to get yours working again?

If I recall correctly I had to replace it.
