Premise W800RF32 Driver - How do I get this to recognize a button press?

When I press a button (like B1 on an x10 remote/pad/etc), it registers as a Button Count and shows how long I pressed the button. For the life of me, I cannot get it to assign an action, even through scripts, macros, etc.
