Controling 3way valve

Hi
i was wondering has anyone used the webcontrol to operate 3 way hotwater (central heating) mixing valve.
I want to have 60 °C at the output, the servo conected to the valve takes 120s to fully open, im hoping that someone bit more clued up with the PLC programing can give me a kickstart.

thank you
david

My guess is you're talking about a 24vac valve. You will need to use an output to drive a relay which would supply 24vac to the valve similar to a thermostat.

Hi Tschmidt yes if i can't get it to work then i plan to use one of those thermostat valves but i have already instalation done with the siemens 3 way valve (link below) so trying to get it to work it use to be hooked up to siemens PLC but that went down.

HI Gatchel its 230V but i already use cai webcontrol with some SSR that can handle 230AC as the valve uses 3 position signal im going to need to use 2 webcontrol outputs 1st for closing valve 2nd for opening valve but im not sure how to make the PLC code progresive in respond to the temperature sensor on the output. im thinking something along the line:

-turn the OP1 on for 60s
-test T1 if less than 60C turn OP1 for 20s
-if more than 60C turn OP2 for 20s

obviously the T1 will need to hava some hysteresy  so it don't   turn on/of  constantly

thanks for the help
