HAI Dock Setup Utility

Is there any place to download the HAI Dock setup utility?
 
I just bought one.
The CD that came with it, part number 96A02-1, only has three files on it; the icon, the inf and the autorun script.
The autorun script references a file setup.exe that is not on the CD.
 
When I go to the developer website the link to the Dock area is broken.
When I search Leviton's site, I just get the pdf instructions.
I need the config software.
 

I don't have a dock but assume the setup program is the same one used to set up your Russound audio. 
 
Maybe today with the new OPII firmware and option integration stuff you don't need to do anything but configure it in PCA?
 
PCA also has the configuration for the IP of the Dock.
 
I am probably wrong here as I do not see a direct reference to this other that going to the Itunes store, downloading the zoned audio setup program and configuration of the dock in PCS.
 
My CCTV IP cameras are only set up in the PCA configuration and talk fine to the Omnitouch 5.7e screens (with no mods to the screens).

That actually looks like an easier method, especially since I have to setup the HIFI2 as well.
