Having trouble rename zones on NUVO GC keypad

I installed the keypads, not didn't have time to set zones in 4 keypads.  Kids probably played with the keypads.  I tried to use the configurator software, and followed the directions from the manual.  The advance setting is grayed  out with * in front of, including many other functions, like cleaning.  

I found the answer from the AVS forum, all you need to do is press down the OK key button for few seconds.
