Haiku Space APP--Unable to view all cameras

Hi,
Have got the Space APP for HAI Omni LTe installed last week and am unable to view all the five cameras on the app. Am able to view only camera. Have got the snaplink app  also on my iphone and ipad using which I can view all the individual cameras. Any clue why this is happening ? Thanks

I'm not sure I understand correctly. Could you please provide some more detail?

Am only able to see /view one camera all the time through the space app. The other camera icons keep on saying connecting but doesn't connect.
 
Controller--HAI OMNI LTE
Iphone--4S
 
It keeps on trying to connect the other four cameras but after sometime times out.
Always just one camera only am able to see through this app.
 
Whereas am having the snaplink app on the same phone and nos issues as I can view all the 5 cameras.

This may be a configuration issue. What are the camera models that you can't see?

All the cameras are ACTI E44 Bullet cameras...but am able to see only one of them through the app

Hi, sorry I haven't gotten back, did not see your reply. Have you re-checked the configuration of the other cameras to ensure that it is correct? Assuming the cameras run the same firmware version, I don't see why only one would work if they are the same model.

yes have checked them and confirmed they are correct. Also as I mentioned earlier, am using the snap link app also on my phone through which I can view all the 5 Acti cameras.

Can you possibly PM me temporary access to one or two of these cameras for testing? Thanks.
