Some HIH4000 humidity sensors are very stable with its readings, however, some others may not that stable.
The reason is the output from HIH4000 may have tiny spikes. One way to fix that is to add a 100nF capacitor on top R13 resistor, so that it can filter out all the fluctuation.
R13 is next to R12, they are very close to the CPU on board. The physical size of the capacitor should be 0805.
