Anyone tried OPII firmware 3.9?

I saw an announcement at Worthington that 3.9 just dropped.  I'm currently at 3.16 (dated July 1 2016) and PC access tells me I'm current. 
 
Am I missing something here?  They are jumping from 3.16 to 3.9?

3.9 was circa 2011.  Their numbering went 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, etc.
