Communicator in Leviton Omni Pro 2

The radio interference is so bad in our area that we had to use a GE Interlogix NX-6V2 panel to communicate with our monitoring service. We programmed several OP2 outputs to signal burglary, fire, medical etc. to the GE which notifies the monitoring service. I was just wondering if there is a way to completely disable the OP2 communicator so we don't get "communicator trouble" messages on our Leviton keypads and email notifier every time there is an incident that the OP2 attempts to report. Thanks!

In case anyone was wondering, the OP2 phone outputs are especially sensitive to radio interference and it is very strong in our area, while the NX-6V2 has no trouble with it at all.

Just remove the phone and account numbers in the digital communicator section and it shouldn't give you any errors.

Thanks Jon. I tried to do that through PC access and it wouldn't let me remove the account number.Still getting the communicator trouble message. I'm going to try to do it with the keypad.

Change account to 0000.  Also, under "Miscellaneous Settings", you may need to set "Dead Line Detect" to 0.

I suppose you could remove the communicator from the panel as well. Especially if you aren't using it.
