Just as I'm dealing with the seasonal sun angle problem with window shades.. this came across on of my feeds:



Haven't got the time to look into it right now, but using the sun's angle would be helpful in adjusting how some of the top-down shades get adjusted.  During the Summer, when the Sun's track is well overhead it's not a problem.  But as the Sun tracks lower it starts casting more directly into that top section... and right into my eyes when at my home office desk.
