Started with home automation by wanting to automate outdoor flood and patio lighting (via Palm Pad remote) with X-10 switches.<br />
This lead to a purchase of Active Home, which was (quickly) followed with a purchase of HomeSeer (for $35).<br />
Since then the following hardware was experimented with:<br />
