Thanks, I just created a rule to start beeping on all keypads when entry delay starts and stops beeping when disarmed. That seems to work. It's weird that I had to create this rule.

Actually, it turns out it only affects my touchscreen keypads. I have one normal keypad that does beep. But my 3 touchscreen keypads don't make a sound.

Changing the tone and the volume didn't work either. What's weird is that this affects all 4 of my keypads. So it's not like 1 defective keypad. It makes a beep for everything EXCEPT the entry warning beep.

Yes chime is on for both the keypad and all the zones. When I turn the alarm on on that keypad, it does make a few beeps. This affects all my keypads.

I just got the rf adapter and it works well with a wall switch. If I turn the switch on, the shades go up. If I turn it off, the shades go down. It basically just transmits an up/down rf signal when the power goes from off->on/on->off repectively. So with silhouette shades, it sort of works if...

Elk RP is just to configure the Elk system right? Once that's configured, I can use the java isy app to control everything else. And I no longer need to use Elk RP, right?

If I install a 3-way dimmer switch and only want 1 of the switches to control the load, can i use a relay switch for the other switch, or does that have to be a dimmer switch also? In the same line of thinking, can a relay switch control a dimmer device? Just wondering what the difference...

I'm going to install Elk with ISY. Already got a few Insteon devices. This should be fun.

I don't have wires for windows, so remote controlling them is my only option. I ordered one of the Hunter Douglas RF adapters. I will see if that works. If not, I might have to hack up a remote to do it.
