I found the culprit.  One of the UPB switch was going bad.  It was still turning the lights on and off, but it was buzzing louder than usual.  I took the switch out, and re-verified the network, and here are the results:     I'll have to buy a new one and replace it.    Thanks for everyone's...

Thanks for the suggestions guys.  I'll give your suggestions a try, and report back with my findings.  It's just odd that my system has so much noise all of a sudden, when I didn't change anything in my house.

So I reset the EEPROM and reloaded my settings, but the chime is still not ringing.  Could I have missed a wire when I was hooking the board back together?  Looks like there are blocks TB1, TB2, TB3 and TB4.  Is there a wire dedicated to Exit/Entry chime that I may have missed?

Pete,   I read on another post that they solved a chime issue with EEPROM reset.  Is this what you mean by cold boot?   Thanks
