Is it easy to have multiple upb networks in one house and then have homeseer connect to thos multiple upb networks.   currently in my house i have about 80 dimmers but because of the size of the house 8000 square feet and the fact that it's a huge remodel, some switches I just cannot hit all...

i was interested in radiora 2 but i heard from a installer friend that they can mess up wifi in the house, because they are very diligent about getting a good connection and they broadcast on the same frequency as wifi.   any truth to that?   I'm also getting rid of upb, but I was thinking...

i have a good 20 switches that have no neutral, plus they are extremely difficult to get access into the fixture, so that's why I am going this route. I am disappointed because the switches will not match. i looked at the relay module but they just won't work because no access.

yeah i saw on the website, but the two switches on that site that don't need a neutral neither come in black.

so i have my 80 upb switches in now and I have discovered about 20 more switches that have no neutral, so I guess I need some zwave switches because they seem to be the only ones that i can get that work without a neutral. anyways I guess homeseer is the only thing I can use to control both...

i'm basically the same, i have 10 pulseworks switches, and about 70 simply automated switches now. I needed 2 phase couplers but it works pretty good now. the sa switches are really lots less than the competition and i can't see a higher failure rate in terms of controlling the switches.

i actually haven't had a failure on the equipment since I switched over to the new version and i've run 1000s of tests, it's handy having a extra computer that upstart is running on

i would recommend getting power to the windows for the shades, i have to use batteries and it would be nice if I had power there. Hide it somewhere but I would put it at the top if possible. I have about 20 shades now and all are battery powered and it works fine but electric would be better...

actually and this is pretty odd, but i upgraded to the new version of upstart that's on the pulseworks website and not the simply automated one and now I never get a failure, I have run some tests and in 9999 tests I have very very few failures.

well i put in the pcx switch, wow what a difference, no noise, and signal strength is 87 at the device, up from 21 on the sa switch that is immediately next to it, and not even using the repeater, guess I need to put sa switches in there, i wouldn't think it would make that much difference but...
