I was considering buying haiku helper, but $50 for a "maybe" is a little steep.

I believe HAI has released more documentation to DEALERs than to the public. Why they are doing this I have no idea... they could make a ton more money if they hired a few technical support reps and made their kb better, rather than hiding behind "dealers"! HAI and Leviton both need to step...
