My wiring skills are much better than my drawing skills. You are correct, I did wire it correctly, just screwed up the schematic. The correct model of the xfrm is 2440. I corrected the schematic in the previous post. Thanks again.

The TRG 1640 puts out 16.4 volts @ 0.43 amps. Is that going to help or hurt the situation?
