I got both of my OmniTouch 7s in white in from Worthington Wednesday. I haven't even had a sec to power them up or doing anything with them. I am hoping to tomorrow. Excited to see how it feels. I'm hoping its very snappy because I feel the OmniTouch 5.7e seems slow to respond a lot of the time. 

I'm really disappointed the new screen is DHCP only. That means it relies on all network hardware to remained power on to work. Before I just has my Omni Pro II and 5.7e's on a PoE switch on a UPS and used static IPs if the rest of the network went out. No more. Plus there are several business...

I know I have the latest version of iTunes and iOS running on my Macs. I will try to replicate the issue on a fresh install of OS X and see if it persists. Will try to narrow down more possibilities.

Hello, I posted here before about an issue with a customer whose Haiku configuration on their iPhone was being erased frequently. I have been able to now replicate the issue on my end and I'd like to see what can be done to resolve it. I setup Haiku for their controller on my iPad and it works...

Last Wednesday I restored my phone and yes, it resolved the problem, but it broke again about 2 or 3 days later (both of the apps).

Is there a way to have HaikuHelper send the emails to multiple addresses? If not, I'll just setup a distribution group when that is needed.

I am meeting with the customer today. I'll have some time with his iPhone and computer. I'll try playing around with adding the config, syncing with his iTunes library, iCloud etc and see if I can replicate it disappearing. I'll let you know the results.
