    No, the security part of the system is only available via the 2GIG panel and Alarm.com. We just use Vera for home automation.

    What makes you say Vera doesn't play well with the 2GIG panel? I know people using 2GIG with Vera successfully. The 2GIG Z-Wave controller can be added as a sub controller to Vera.
