Hi All:
I am having an issue as described above. Today, I upgraded the firmware to 3.10 (latest) as well as upgraded Snap-Link to the latest version. I had the console freeze up on me one day last week, so I went to another console and reset the RAM. This seemed to resolve the problem with...
Hi Fred:
That suggestion worked like a charm thank you. I actually did look into cross-zoning but concluded it would not be practical. As for the alarm, you cannot hear it outside of the house, it's really more for our notification.
Thanks again for the recommendation.
Hi Fred:
No errors, but I have just been able to reliably reproduce the issue; it only seems to happen when I click on the control button. If I stay off of that button, it seems to work fine. If I click on that button, then subsequent buttons bring up fields with no data, just dashes where...
It's not just you; I have the same issue with Windows XP 32 bit. I run it in a VirtualBox and when this problem comes up, I have to disconnect and reconnect to the panel and all is good again. It would be nice to see HAI weigh in on this issue.

I was able to get the SMS functionality / notification working but now I am looking for one other item. Right now when an alarm trips, all I get is a vague notification that a burglar alarm has occurred. The problem for me is, I am not getting detail as to which zone was tripped. The data is...
I emailed the HAI Team about this (about 4 or 5 days ago) but have yet to hear back. I would really appreciate an answer, if there is one to be had

Hell Fellow DYIers:
I am trying to add functionality that allows me to receive status updates via SMS to my phone, as my system is not monitored.
From what I could discern, the OP2 cannot do this natively; so I did some research and it looked like Snap-Link might be just
what I needed...
Hi All:
I am brand new to the forum. I recently purchased an HAI Omni Pro 2 to replace an Advent Navigator that had an uncorrectable flash memory error. I bought this system because I was attracted to the fact I could use my existing wireless ITI 319.5Mhz products with the Omni Pro 2 through...
