Hi all,
I havent bought a switch in a year or so and usually buy the Leviton series UPBs.
Luck would have it I get online to pick a few up and theyre nowhere to be found.
Can someone fill me in?
Need some UPBs for my Leviton HAI Omni Pro IIe controller....
Thanks!
I actually got this working on Saturday.
I wired the COSMO Smoke Alarm contacts to zone 5.
I wired the COSMO Gas Alarm contacts to zone 6.
They are each setup as fire and gas within Omni respectively.
The problem was actually that the smoke jumpers were set on smoke and this DIDN"T allow...
DEL, if i was to ask you how to wire it from the COSMO to the Omni IIe, how would you respond?
I'm currently wired as such:
COSMO power is from my switched ground within the Omni.
Both COSMO smoke alarm contacts go to zone 1 on Omni.
Both COSMO CO alarm contacts go to zone 2 on Omni.
...
I have 2-wire. I just did the easy walk test and everything is good. I manually tested the detectors too. All good. Last detector has 3.9kohm.
Interface has 1kohm on both smoke and fire as instructed.
Power wiring comes from switched 12v on omni.
The co and smoke outs from the interface...
I'm having trouble setting this up. I have three system sensor smoke and carbon monoxide sensors in series. I have my end of line resistor installed at the last detector. My interface panel lights are operating in "normal". I think my detectors and interface panel are worked correctly.
So...
Hello All,
I'm trying to add up my existing loads to make sure I don't exceed 1.0 amp per "Note 1" on the panel.
I found all my loads except the Omni thermostat load. What's the amp from from the main panel to this thermostat?
Thanks.
Form what i read, the WH7500 THD is around 9%. I've heard this needs to be below 5% to be rated for "sensitive electronics". With that said, I assume this will not "work" for LEDs if they are categorized as sensitive electronics (how is this determined)?
Also, Since my voltage is slightly...
So, I tested out the generator over the weekend. Natural gas kit works pretty well. Voltage maintained at 121.7V (122.8V when on gasoline).
I have LED can light bulbs are run through a Leviton UPB dimmer (in two separate rooms - same circuit).
All of this specific wiring is new and by me...
What's are the pros/cons to using each, the 2-wire and 4-wire smoke detectors?
Can I power one of them off the omni panel? Both?
Daisy chain?
Just trying to get a better understanding and the manual read confusing to me...
Suggestions on each?
I want to get them installed in the house...
So this is what I did...
I put the switch into program mode. I then read from the controller using the standard PC Access (no, I don't have the dealer version yet and I'm protesting buying it). It found the UPB light switch. I right-clicked on it and hit the program/configure button. It...
So i can get the switch into program mode, and I have my PIM plugged into the Omni IIe panel via serial as well as plugged into the power outlet for communication, but I'm not sure where to "find" the switch within the PC Access software. Should it just "show up" somewhere when in program...
I bought the following model off amazon.

Hello,
I just put my first Leviton UPB switch in today and went into my PC Access software to configure. I'm not sure where/how to do it and from what I'm seeing, I may need the dealer version (which is total crap).
...
Great. I'll check them out.
I have a condensate pump for the furnace and I want to know when it's not working / water overflows onto floor.
Humidity would be to control an economizer for my house.
Temperature would be to control dampers throughout house and control setpoints on HVAC...
