Elk M1 Bell ring back

Hi,
 
I am trying to have my system ring my outside bell after I set it, in away mode. I have output 2 set to voltage, and the bell works fine when an alarm is activated.
Under areas I selected the bell ring back option, but it doesn't work, also I wrote a rule:
 
Whenever main (area 2) armed state becomes armed
then turn output 002 (Output 2) on for 2 secs
 
but that does not work either. I would like the bell to ring for a moment after the alarm is set, after the delayed exit time has expired.

Try it this way:
 
Whenever main (area 2) armed state becomes armed
Then chirp the outside siren 1 time
 
You might want to increase the number of times to chirp if 1 doesn't work.  I don't know how it will behave with a real bell.
