I was going to go with Russound until the monoprice unit came out. So glad I went with it. It's 4 ohm stable so I combined zones that were next to each other. Hooked up 3 chromecasts to it and it rocks. Much cheaper to do than Russound and works perfect.

Well measuring a leak isn't what you're title or original post was about. You specifically said measuring waste water. Yeah I guess measuring a leak is sensible.

Why even bother? The amount a home uses total relative to how much you drink is insignificant. We have 7 in our family so we may drink a couple gallons a day at home from the RO but wet use 350 gallons a day overall. We're in Texas in a severe drought as well but measuring RO waste is not...

I was wondering if systems like Insteon can control simple whole home audio systems like Russound CAA6.6 or the monoprice 6 zone system or do you need a more complex system like the russound mca88?

I guess those are just the three I've been reading about that will fit the bill without me having to get a savant, crestron or C4 system installed. Any other suggestions would be helpful. Thanks for the help guys.

Yeah I think I'm going to have to wait for the castleos hub. I want to open the box, plug it in, throw up a few switches, hook up my home theater, wha, sprinkler, pool and flip some toggles on the program. I'm not going to build computers and delve into programming.

I've heard the monoprice sounds excellent. And most people aren't using it to power B&Ws anyway so your not likely to notice any sound quality difference in that or Russound. They're both cheap class D power anyway.

Can you guys with expertise help me out with differences, advantages/disadvantages? Thanks ahead of time. ISY and CQC seem very daunting to me. I'm no programmer or even computer enthusiast of any kind so I'm leaning away from them.
