Thank you everyone for your responses. I had someone else check the PCSPIM on their Elk and they ran into the same issues I had. I can only assume I have a defective PCSPIM at this point. Unfortunately I can't remember where I ordered it from. I bought it at least 2 years ago and just never did...

Yes, I have the Elkm1PCSPIM (the black one). I have it connected to the RS-485 Databus. I tried enrolling with ElkRP and on the recommendation above I tried using the keypad. Still no luck. I do have another xsp connected but it is not on channel 7. It's like it doesn't exist to the Elk, it...
