    good point, the RIB 243P will handle 7.5 HP 3phase  @480v, the input is 24VAC 50 to 60hz.

    Need more specifics, what is the HP of the motor, amperage etc.    Functinonal Devices make RIBS that are 3p compliant and we use them quite a bit in the commercial world.
