It is an omni iie, I think. Has 5 serial ports. I have the pc access software now. I can connect, have downloaded all firmware, including foreign languages. I did that because it did not find it when I downloaded the one I thought I needed. I am now at 3.12. Thank you to all who helped.

I have a system that came with a "snap link".  The firmware version is shown as Omnipro IIe 2.16a.  I would like to update the firmware but it looks like the software is discontinued.  Is there another way to update the firmware or is the software transferable such that I can purchase a used...
