I would like to monitor and log outdoor air temperature and have no idea how to go about doing this. I have an ECM-1240 and would like to use Aux 5 to do it but if it is currently not possible I am open to other means. If it make s a difference I am only going to be logging the temperature and...
Thanks to the dedicated help (and even-keeled help when I was frustrated) of Paul B. my system is now up and running. I am not sure what the problem was but Paul had me use the new version of the EtherBee configurator software that allows for firmware updates. He then had me update the firmware...
Thanks for the help. I have tried in the past entering everything manually and it did not work; however, I thought I would try again and still no go.
I did exchange a series of emails with Paul B. tonight but so far have not resolved the problem.

Thanks for the help. The only thing in your list I was not doing was closing the EtherBee Configurator before running the IA software. I tried it and it did not make a difference.

2) Unplug EtherBee
3) Uninstall all Brultech software
4) Turn off Kaspersky firewall
5) Install EtherBee software...

This may be a really silly question; however, here goes. I am installing my 1240 and I noticed the exposed ends of the CT wires came with a silver-colored coating on them. The exposed ends are quite short. I started to strip some more sheathing off of the wire and noticed that the silver-coating...
There has been an update to the Status page:
We have implemented a last minute change to the ECM-1240. This change will greatly simplify the installation and make the monitor much more versatile.
This change is a minor one however it will require manually replacing a few PCB resistors. We hope...
I am quite excited about the 1240. Will it be possible to use two of these in the same house? I have 400 amp service with 2 200 amp panels. Off of one of the 200 amp panel is a 100 amp sub-panel for an addition we recently built. So we have 2 water heaters, 2 heat pumps, and 2 air handlers. I...
