Any hosting site if allowing perl script, one could write his own script to take WEBSET. That way you can not only take in report, but also from host server send back action commands.

The problem is probably your ISP changed email server software to disable certain type of emails. If you have an web server somewhere, you could setup WEBSET to send a status code to that server CGI code, you could even using CGI return code to instruct WC boards to perform pre-arranged tasks.
WC board does not support password encryption in HTTP GET. If you want to be secure, it is best to use allowed host settings in Network setup screen. Make sure your configuration host is allowed when setup that.
