    Online Photo Gallery

This is on my list too. So far I am looking at selfhosting some gallery software. I think I will go with the amahi server (amahi.org). They have a few galleries. Or I may go with Tonido (tonido.com). I will have to set them up and see what is easier for the folks to use.

Need cover for thermocouple protruding from wall

You could use a wall mount electronics enclosure. Like 789-S3A-442710-WP from mouser. Mount the slide in plate a the bottom after drilling a pattern of holes.

    Laptop as processor

Keeping a laptop plugged in all the time will cook the battery. Whatever you get, remember to unplug it and run the battery down occasionally. Otherwise when you do grab your laptop and hit the road, your battery will last about 20 minutes.

GE NX-650 broke prematurely operating in non-conditioned space

Sorry to take the thread into the weeds. I don't have an alarm system yet, so I can only offer distraction. Do you install these inside the mailboxes. I have a locking steel mailbox and was wondering how I am going to get notification results. It is bolted to a 2x12 that was cut to fit...

Uverse router - Broadband cable RJ45 Pinouts

In fact, I have been out without my cheat Sheet (See attached) and when I need to make a cable, I just alphabetize the colors (ie blue,blue-white,brown,brown-white,green,green-white,orange,orange-white). The standard police may bust me, but the cables test out, and work fine. I never...

I have used products from these people, not the wall mounts but But the 4 post to 2 post conversion kits are great. Nice heavy steel. Rack Solutions Most rackmount gear takes in cool air in the front and exhausts out the rear so there shouldn't really be a problem. You would want to use...
