Hello, i have set-up a dvr at my office for testing purposes.. on an adsl connection.. works great in the LAN and WAN anywhere!! ( all this on a bosch 440 series dvr and iphone and ADSL connection) i go onsite to a customers home, install a dvr... FAIL... cannot get the thing to remote view...

Hello i have a bosch dome camera installed in a property.. the camera works fine but when it turns dark all we can see is IR reflections from inside the dome itself.. i have attaced a pic... the camera is a bosch vdi 240vod-1 anyone have any ideas of what this could be?? i have tested it...
