Thanks; they are all set to 1. I believe that's the default when a zone is activated.

I'm installing a new system using an EZ8, which I first flashed to 5.2.6. Everything works correctly and no troubles are reported, except that the control makes no attempt to seize the line or dial when an alarm is tripped. Any ideas for diagnosing this further? See below for details...
