AlarmRelay here as well.  Interface is with ipDataTell equipment.  CDMA-BAT provides both ethernet and cell communication so network backed up by cellular.  Never had a problem with it, easy to set up.  Great support during setup.

The hole is the expensive part.  Once the trench is open, fill it with empty conduit.  Seriously.   If you're building your own place, one you expect to be in a while, over preparation is cheaper than retrofitting later.  YMMV if you plan to sell relatively soon, a new buyer won't see or care...

The ones I'm fooling with now are HAI (35A00-1).  Upstart reports the firmware as v1.08   However, I also have a few PCS switches available but don't have the firmware/version/model info on those available.   I'm probably overdue updating the OmniPro chip so can do that if that is a constraint...
