What Rytree1 is saying is true, it should work. However, to my knowledge no one has been successful. And yes, we are going through the M1XSP. The M1's serial port is not designed for thermostats. If someone has gotten the RC-1000 / RC-2000 to work with the M1G (through the M1XSP), please chime...- fredric_richmond

Has anyone gotten an M1G to recognize a RC-1000 or RC-2000? I have tried every possible permutation of connection and configuration I can think of. No joy. Thanks, (another) Fred- fredric_richmond
