    Firmware v5.3.0 definitely had a bug that caused intermittent reboots.  v5.3.8 is supposed to fix it, but I haven't tried it.  I am running v5.2.10 which does not have the reboot problem.

    I've also been getting random beeps corresponding to 1367 - SYSTEM START UP.   I don't think there are any intermittent 12v to ground shorts.  Very strange.

    Elk Time or Daylight savings mess up

    Elk fixed this issue in a firmware update a few years ago, then again a couple of years ago, then again last year, but it's still broken! Maybe the next firmware update will actually fix it?

    CES Exclusive Update

    Yes, that was a 50 inch plasma TV that was loaned to HST by Maxx for CES. No, the MCE plug-in does NOT require that HS is running on the same machine. It will run from a remote machine. It essentially acts similar to the Touchpad plug-in.
