No change to phone service; I'm accessing the menus the same way. I should have said that it's not the phone either; I've tried three different phones. 

Hi, I've had an Omni LT for six or seven years now, and it's worked flawlessly until recently.   The problem is with the phone interface. When I call in to Omni, it responds perfectly to most of the key presses, but seems to ignore the 4 and 5 keys. That makes it impossible to access some of the...
