    Voltage Level for input

Cannot accept it directly. However if you were to hook it to a relay then the Omni could detect the opening and closing of the relay.

    PC Access 3.0 modem connection

I know it sort of seems like a contradiction of terms, but you don't actually need a network to set up a network connection to the OmniPro II. All you would is a Cat5 Crossover cable. The following steps may seem a little lengthy, however it will enable you to not have to worry about...

    upgrading Access and firmware

Phenix, Send us a message at [email protected] and quickly explain your issue in the email and if you would include a copy of your serial number for PC Access. It is not standard for us to send out a copy of 3.0 because we would like to have people download it through the update process...

OOPS! I took some of the data from an existing Rain8 document, not the UPB one though. For this application there is no lines 16-31. Sorry about that.

OPII, 4 wire smoke and EOLs

Sorry for the delayed response to this thread. If you have resistors set to "No" then for any zone that isn't fire/gas on the main panel or hardwired expanders you will not need resistors. For any zone set to Fire/Gas or on an expansion enclosure, you will need resistors. Now if you begin to...

OPII, 4 wire smoke and EOLs

All 4 wire smokes should be fine. Also you will need an EOL resistor no matter what on smoke/gas zones.

HAI 3.0 Firmware and PC Access Out

Ano, It shouldn't be taking more then 2-3s to load, however we had a problem similar to this crop up in house on one engineer's machine. The problem was fixed by updating the video drivers on his machine. Is it possible for you to update your video drivers to see if this fixes your problem...

    HAI 3.0 firmware

HAI_OmniPro_II_Version_3.0_(English).cff is the version you should be using. The versions with the "x" in them should not be used and should be deleted.

    HAI UPB Install

Correct. Just remember that relay switches will never be able to dim. HLC is a lighting control format created by HAI to make the UPB installation easier on our panels. Anthony is correct that if you want extravagant scenes and such, it is much better to use UPStart to do your programming...

    HAI UPB Install

Correct! It also comes with the cable needed to connect to the IIe See above. 1105W. Isn't used to configure the switches but very helpful in setting up the panel. You will need to name the switches and this will make your life easier. Commonly used part numbers below. 35A00-1 - 600W...

    Omni Lt Smoke Alarm Setup

I think this may be your issue. It sounds like you have these devices wired in series when they should be in parallel. Your "In" on one sensor should also connect to the "In" on the second sensor. The same holds true for the "Outs" and then the resistor should connect across the last sensors...
