Well, i I wish it was that easy! I am using a new BEC LTE router. This is not the issue. What is the issue, is the fact that T-Mobile uses private ip addressing and port forwards, etc. do not appear to work because of this. Just wondering if anyone has found a way around it all...

New isp, using tmobiles broadband services and have learned that they use a private ip system and i am having major issues connecting from outside the network. Cannot get access to the controller from the outside. The dns services will not work due this private ip addressing system...

Where did you find the updated firmware for the notifier board? I cannot seem to locate it, unless it is in the OMNIPROII 3.15 firmware...?

As a follow up for anyone else using the ipdatatel devices, they rolled out a new firmware that was not compatible with the omnipro II and between me and the guys at alarm relay, we finally got it all back online! Ipdatatel was the culprit!

I cannot get into the IPD, I did do a complete ROM and RAM dump and reloaded everything. I checked the voltages on the OPII's phone terminals and they were around 48 and dropped during an alarm cycle and I heard relays clicking... I also connected a phone to the OPII's red and green terminals...
I have the installer version of pcaccess and will try this reset.
I did hook up to the phone terminals and I am hearing DTMF being sent out. There is a theory starting to develop that IPD did an over the air update and now the software is not compatible on the communicator... MAYBE???
