    Low priced TV's

Thanks. If you have experience with other brands, do you find all the quality hype about Bambu printers to be warranted? Now there are so many other brands that have equivalent features for about 1/3 of the price. I am still looking at some of the newer Creality models after reading some...

    Low priced TV's

I've been running a Creality Ender3 S1 Pro for a few years now, and currently considering a multicolour printer but the detailed information is hard to get at. What brands are you running and how do you like them?

    Low priced TV's

I have two Sony Bravia TVs. A 75" and a 55" in the bedroom. Nice TVs and much brighter than the three Samsungs I have owned, but they are the only brand that directly support the Bell PVR over WiFi via the Bell app. No cables required except 120vac power. Either way, Samsung makes all the...

Unlocked cell phones still carrier locked???

Samsung has addressed this issue and claims there are no pre-done images of the moon used, all just AI. However, they do have special AI algorithms to use when the moon is detected. Again it appears we are victims of web propaganda causing FUD...

Unlocked cell phones still carrier locked???

Very interesting. I wonder how they fake the other high powered zooms. More research needed to prove which scam is real. LOL I know Samsung claims AI in many of their new phones but when researched, their "AI" means "advanced intelligence" and not the commonly accepted acronym meaning. Who ya'...

Unlocked cell phones still carrier locked???

In Ontario there are tonne of used phones for sale now, about a year old and most reports indicate a good deal. Some people just have the latest and greatest every year and don't feel they are paying for them buried inside their $120 per month service plans. Some are paid for by business plans...

Connection to a home automation system

Which thermostat do you have? eISY does wonderful job with ecobee stats, as well as supporting many other protocols. The mobile app has been in development for a few years now and works quite well. eISY has an excellent support forum, huge support base, knowledge wiki, and UDI excellent...

    Win11 has become a slug...

Yeah, I always found the Windoze registry grows and grows as time goes on. It remembers everything you ever thought about doing to your system like a google virus. This means every time the user calls for something the system has to scour this massive definition file before relating or linking...

    Win11 has become a slug...

I have always found that the updates on a system seem to come much frequently once a new O/S is released. Many people feel this is a ploy to cripple the old O/S and force people into upgrading in frustration, by adding system hooks. Making matters worse all the software companies have their own...

Unlocked cell phones still carrier locked???

Years back I had a phone unlocked so I could port it over to another provider. Trouble with that is, the original provider had their own custom patches in the phone and the updates from the new provider never updated my firmware making my phone grow obsolete with an old android firmware version.

    CocoonTech turns 20!

X10? ... I had always thought your name was styled after BSR, the originator of that artform. That is where I started, just before X10 must have bought them. I still had many of their modules until I moved last year.

    Add CD player to auto?

I think the USB dongle has to be the thing. Need to print pretty picture stickers on it to please the wife. Another thing that seems to be taking over is the BT from the cell phone music library to the vehicle sound system, home soundbar, Alexa, GH boxes etc.. etc.. Then when you want an...
