System kept crashing, so trying new transformer. Trying new transformer, other consoles say "System OK" but one says "Status: 666" Has anyone seen this or similar displayed on a keypad before? Does anyone have a 33A00 pdf manual? See also --Omni IIe panel locking up every few months lately.

Also, if you leave PC Access running and connected to the panel, might it save / show some events just prior to the crashing that might help with a diagnosis?

Also, could it be a bad device drawing too much current? Or would an overcurrent just trip a circuit breaker on the board and register in the event log as an overcurrent issue?

The transformer is pretty old, is it likely at all for them to go bad?

It ran for a little while and locked up again. The keypads say no controller data again.

What devices are you using in the wireless receiver? Are you able to disconnect the wireless receiver and see if the console stops acting up? Where did you read the wireless receiver might cause this? You might be able to find and use the HAI wireless receiver that works with the GE sensors...

Lately my friend's Omni IIe has been locking up every few months. You restart it, and it seems fine. Tonight, it was rainy and windy and the panel locked up. Has anyone seen this behavior? Could it be a sign that the board is getting ready to fail? There's a ton of surge protection...

Your time issue is very perplexing, had you made any changes to your system lately, or have there been any recent power outages or problems? At least on my Omni IIe, the email board has been great about syncing the time. No issues so far!

The 53A00-2 is standard ethernet wiring plug n play. If you have the 53A00-1 I'll have to look for that.

I "guess" they used a different network chip on the Omni IIe's ? One that still works.
