hi jpmargis, thanks for the reply.  I tried that on the first couple of attempts, then used the WPS because it was 'easier'.  Over the weekend I did a hard reset and did the setup the old fashion way and it now works.  Thanks -

has anybody used this camera in the wireless mode?  i have it setup correctly on wired, works great.  but when  switch to wireless with the wi-fi protected setup (WPS) i can't find the camera on the network.  the router and camera both return successful WSP setup.  when i switch back to wired it...

Is there a list of HAI installers other than the HAI website? i am looking for an expert in Tampa. thanks, michael(fl)
