To be sure I understand, with the dialer set to voice I should be able to enter my disarm code which will turn off the alarm and deactivate the dialer? the wife and kids are at home so I won't be able to test this for a while as it gets rather loud in the house. :)

It is in voice format. When I answer I can enter my code, but it does not stop it from dialing the rest of the numbers. Pressing # to acknowledge also does not stop it. Do I need to add a rule to allow this and if so where? thanks, Michael
