Hi Marshall here. To get this off the ground please send some bad HAI OMNI products to my attn at PCS. Main boards, consoles, expansion, etc. If you know what doesn't work put a note on the part. Has anyone tried the LDS-E-120V dimming stabilizer with UPB LED lighting?

Hi All - Marshall Lester here   Besides PCS, I started a small business just selling the LDS which I patented. LED Dimming Solutions at ldsdimming.com.   The blue LDS-R (R for resistive) is a pure resistor with proper protection (both a current fast acting fuse and a 130'C thermal fuse) so it...

    Upb issues with OmniPro 2

Hi all - a 3 KVA transformer like that is about $300 new but you can find them on eBay for <$100. Find one with close cheap shipping since they weigh about $50 lbs. 5KVA is proportionately more.   Marshall

Hi Newbie,   This is Marshall Lester at PCS. Ultimately responsible for all UPB in the universe.   If you want, you can call me at PCS and I will help you figure out your problems.   For all UPB people out there - note - the one worst UPB noise source is a Pentair Variflo pool pump. Is Intermatic Discontinuing Zwave Products?

I found this email from Intermatic. "The purchase order below will not be able to ship as both items (HA18C and CA3750) are obsolete and no stock is available. Thank you," But they are very careful not to just come out and tell the truth. Seems kind of wierd to me. Some distributor should...

    serching on this site

There must be an easy answer to this. Since UPB X10 PCS IBM ATT etc only have 3 letters how do you do a good search on these here. When I try the site says you can't search on 3 letters. ZWAVE has 5 and ZIGBEE has 6 so it's easy to search. Isn't it kind of retarded that you cant search on X10...

    UPB Generation II Core

Is this delay in going on in PCS switches - or only in Simply Automated switches? Is this noticable when: 1) the softstart ramping is turned on? (default) 2) When the switch is set to instant on on one tap? Or to non-dimming which is the same effect? 3) Using the double-tap as the instant...

    UPB Generation II Core

About this - - "delay with the switches (while the switch waits to see if you double tap, etc). Many of my switches don't use doubletaps and I'd love to be able to disable this delay so the response is almost instantenous. For the switches I want doubletaps - let me choose that option." We can...

    UPB Generation II Core

This is to Steve, "Last week an apparently relatively minor (based on the fact that there is no other discernable damage) power glitch took out 10 of my 15 switches." No normal surge should ever "take out" any UPB switch, let alone 10. Electrically they are pretty bulletproof. Are these PCS...

    UPB Generation II Core

For several months now PCS has been rewiting the core receiving algorithms in order to attack the few noise sources that can effect UPB receiving. All comm can be effected by "noise" as it it defined for that particular physical layer method - it doesn't matter if its powerline, rf, hardwired...
