[How-To] Install A Home Security System
I found the ID/PSWD in the help file. I had to access the help file from file explorer. The master access is CADDX/1234 and then there is an operator access supervisor/1234. NOW I can really start to evaluate this tool! Thanks for your help! I'll let you know how it goes.....- omikeneil

When I start DL900 I get a "Master Access" Dialog box with 2 fields - Operator & Password, along with 'OK' & "Cancel' buttons. http://mysite.verizon.net/omikeneil/DL900access.bmp I tried all the obvious id/pwd including webuser/care4u - the software does not allow any access w/o this master...- omikeneil

OK I can play with the settings and figure out what is best for me, tedious but with no other documentation but the install manual... Maybe I can create a reference manual... I downloaded the DL900 software but it is asking me for an ID/pwd to use it. I have not found any reference anywhere...- omikeneil
